1）無償捐獻性質：本人確認參與本次活動屬自願及無償性質。物品一經同工接收，其所有權將即時轉移給組織方。
2）本活動不接受任何形式的二手物品代賣、寄賣或收益分帳。定價與收益處理：本人同意組織方擁有物品的最終定價權。所有義賣所得之收益，將全數（100%）直接撥歸支持相關事工，捐獻者不得據為己有或要求任何金錢回扣。
3）物品處理全權：組織者有權根據活動現場狀況、物品實際狀況及市場反應，調整售價、進行折扣促銷，或在活動結束後將未售出的物品轉贈其他慈善團體、循環回收或作合適處置，恕不另行通知或退還給捐贈者。
4）物品品質與安全：捐贈者須確保所捐贈之物品安全、衛生、操作正常且不違反當地法律。如物品因隱藏瑕疵導致任何安全問題或第三方索償，組織方概不負責。
Donation Guidelines and Disclaimer
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Checking the box hereby constitutes your voluntary agreement to, and absolute acceptance of, all arrangements set forth herein:
1) Voluntary and Gratuitous Nature of Donation: The Donor hereby confirms that participation in this event is strictly voluntary and gratuitous. Upon physical receipt of the donated items by the personnel/staff, all title, ownership, and rights to the said items shall immediately and unconditionally transfer to the Organizer.
2) Pricing and Allocation of Proceeds: This event strictly prohibits and rejects any form of consignment, secondary sales, or revenue-sharing arrangements for second-hand items. The Donor agrees that the Organizer retains the sole and final authority regarding the pricing of all items. One hundred percent (100%) of all proceeds generated from the charity sale shall be allocated directly toward supporting the designated ministries/causes; the Donor shall have no claim to any proceeds, nor shall the Donor demand any monetary rebates or compensation.
3) Absolute Discretion over Item Disposition: The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust retail prices, conduct promotional discounts, or, upon the conclusion of the event, donate unsold items to other charitable entities, recycle them, or otherwise dispose of them as deemed appropriate, based on on-site conditions, the actual status of the items, and market responses, without prior notice or any obligation to return the items to the Donor.
4) Product Quality, Safety, and Indemnification: The Donor guarantees that all donated items are safe, hygienic, fully operational, and compliant with all applicable local laws and regulations. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any safety hazards, property damage, personal injury, or third-party claims arising from any latent defects in the donated items.
